Relaxation and rest are as imperative to our general well-being as exercise. We know that relaxation is an effective and important way of coping with stress. Modern-day living is such that all of us are in the danger of falling victim to stress and stress-related disease, both physical and psychological. In fact, stress can even be the cause of weight gain because many people reach for to relieve stress.

It also helps to enrich our lives and add another dimension to it.
