Lotion is the easiest and least-costly approach for the treatment of cellulite. Many doctors are not convinced with this but Newburger says that some lotions which contains methylxanthines shows some effect on cellulite. Most topical applications are used to fight cellulite but they do not attack the cellulite completely only create a smoother texture by plumping up the skin. The effects of other topical application is temporary and needs constant application of cellulite lotions. Cellulite lotions containing aminophylline must be kept away from heat and used quickly. It is very effective because it contains all natural ingredients like soybean oil, glycerin, aloe Vera, tea extract, cucumber extract and more and it doesn't include any harsh ingredients.

Some cellulite lotions and creams make use of retinol's and AHAs(Alpha Hydroxy Acids) to improve the skin texture.
