Your foundation can either make or break the look you are trying to achieve. For a lighter coverage... apply with a damp makeup sponge.

It\'s always better to start with a lighter coverage & build up if needed. this also applies when applying your eyemakeup.

I found an inexpensive natural product called "Crack Cream". It comes in a cream, and a liqiud/ I used the vaseline treatment for a long time, but my heel cracks were horrible and the only thing that really helped was this cream. It's only around 5-6 dollars and you will notice a HUGE difference overnight. I use it all the time, you'll love it.

The only thing I've found to "remove" heel cracks and calluses is by using fine sandpaper-carefully of course. Vaseline is left on overnight works wonders too!

Here goes another one for a beautiful feet:

Clean your feet and then apply a thick vaseline or petroleum jelly on all over your feet and massage for 2-4 mins. After that wear socks for atleast 3 hrs. You can see the difference after that.

Salmon serving ideas - Salmon's meaty flesh makes it suitable for most methods of cooking. Salmon tastes good served hot or cold. Fresh salmon contains more EPA than smoked salmon

I have tried this recipe and it works...really.

I would also like to share another recipe:

Apply oil (coconut or any other) on your scalp. Leave it for an hour or so and then take bath. Use a nice shampoo and wash the oil off the hair and scalp. In the last rinse, take 1 lemon juice and wash your hair with it. After that do not rinse any more. It makes your hair to look shiny and it also removes any shampoo residuals.

Need your feedback on this recipe.

I have had this condition for 35 years. But I find that vigourous weight lifting followed by sleep helps to reduce the crawling substantially. I first noticed this effect in the 1970s. When the condition flared up a few weeks ago I tried this formula again and got considerable relief. Of course I also get relief from Xanax prescribed by my doctor, but which makes me terribly sleepy, even at work. Does anyone want to try the "weight and sleep" formula and let me know what happens.
